Training staff in health and safety is crucial for ensuring a safe and productive workplace, protecting employees, and meeting legal obligations  

It helps prevent accidents, illnesses, and injuries and fosters a positive safety culture. 

Ensuring the highest levels of safety is paramount. 

Accreditations are a recognition that Fairfield Cleaning Services is competent to perform specific tasks, processes or activites. This is acheived through rigorous assessment and adherence to recognised standards and certification bodies. This gives our clients an increased confidence and trust in the services we provide.  

We are proud to receive accreditation from CHAS, SafeContractor and IOSH Managing Safely.

Holding a PAL card (Powered Access License) demonstrates that an operator has been trained in safe and effective operation of powered access equipment, reducing workplace accidents and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.  

A PASMA license demonstrates competency in safely assembling, dismantling, and using mobile access towers, which are essential for working at height. 

All tickets are maintained and refreshed when necessary. 

COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) awareness is crucial for protecting workers from exposure to substances that can cause ill health, including respiratory problems, skin damage, and even cancer. It's a legal requirement for employers to assess and control risks associated with hazardous substances.  

RA-MS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) identify potential risk for the task being carried out. It is the responsibility of Fairfield Cleaning Services to Identify and reduce risk whereever possible. 

Method Statements help our staff understand the task at hand and provide a set of guidelines. 

Post work completion reports provide evidence of the work being carried out to a high standard and in accordance with the RA-MS.
